Catherine Spiotta is a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu, Paris, France, and has studied in New York and at The New Orleans School of Cooking. She has worked at Windows on the World, New York City, and at other fine restaurants in the United States and Caribbean.
Eric Glass has studied at The Culinary Center of New York, The Culinary Institute of America and The New Orleans School of Cooking. He is the former owner of the legendary Stardust Restaurant, Mt. Tremper, New York. He is generally regarded as a good eater.
